I’m not exactly sure why someone would do this, but as you can see here a New Mexico man has decorated his 2007 Ford Mustang like a cop car. He did it to mimic the police vehicles in the movie Transformers since his son is a fan of the film. His son is 7 years old. If everyone decided to decorate their vehicles like the things their kids enjoyed, we be in for some real trouble.

Apparently there isn’t anything illegal about this man doing this, but I still don’t think that it’s a good idea. Even though the lights on top aren’t real and the markings are a little different, when people are on the road they may not be able to tell the difference. I think he’s also just making himself a target for vandalism or other negative publicity. Just be happy to drive a new Mustang.
