In true Bald Monkey fashion, I’ve found an article that is worth featuring here on The Milk Crate. Apparently the state of Arkansas made a slight mistake in one of the bills that was signed into law last year. Anyone of any age, even small children, could get married with parental consent. The law has since been repealed.

Being from Texas, this type of thing doesn’t surprise me coming out of Arkansas. So here’s the full story for your reading pleasure.

If you run your own blog or have your own website, at some point you’ve had to consider the style and design of the site. If you’re thinking about starting some sort of website, the style and design should be something that you consider up front. And this is exactly what the subject of one blog is.

Stylishdesign.com is a web development related blog that aims to help others with these issues. Their articles can help you keep up on some of the relevant topics associated with web development.

Since the blog is about style and development, it’s only natural that I would look at the design of it to see if the information was credible. The site has a relatively simple design and layout, nothing really extravagant. It is a relatively new blog though, noticing that the archives go back to February.

Now, I do have one critique of the site. The current article on the site says that “[a] website must be well developed and designed, not under construction,….” and so on. The About page of the site however, happens to still say that it’s an example of a Wordpress page. In other words, it’s under construction. The sidebars are also in the middle of this page. I would definitely suggest making sure that all parts of the site are well presented, especially if the site is about style, design, and development.

Upon learning that Chris Daughtry and Ben Bernanke were in fact separated at birth, Ben’s inquisitive mind wanted to know why he had aged so much faster. Upon further investigation, it’s been discovered that the age difference is only a perceived difference and Bernanke is actually only 27. To those who have actively followed the recent actions of the Fed, this may come as no surprise.

Daughtry on the other hand could not be reached for comment. He apparently has taken up residence in an old abandoned house in order to gain further inspiration for his future album releases.

There are many reasons why you would want to send someone a card. Some of the major holidays probably come to mind immediately such as Christmas and Easter as well as for people’s birthdays. These aren’t the only times that you might want to send someone a card though, and even though you can find cards for many different occasions, why not just create your own Custom Photo Cards and send them for any reason you choose, any time you want?

Sure you can send these photo cards for something simple like a “season’s greetings”, but what about as a follow up to a sales call or perhaps an important interview. The picture can be of anything you’d like so you can get really creative with it. You can write anything you want on the front of the card as well as on the inside. So maybe you’d want to try your hand at the comedy industry and send your friends jokes through the mail. You could also use them for some type of promotional activity for your new business. So, for whatever reason you choose to send someone a card, give these photo cards a shot, and make things just a little more personal.
